Developed and supported in partnership with the North Carolina Biotechnology Center and North Carolina's Small Business & Technology Development Center the North Carolina Capital Highway seeks to improve the process of capital formation in North Carolina.

Via an Internet based platform, this comprehensive process will facilitate the delivery of investment capital, specialized educational programming, technical assistance and value added resources to entrepreneurs and investors across the state.
