About the Human Capital Database
Through the NC Capital Highway, North Carolina has an opportunity to pull together a broad spectrum of resources to partner in the capital formation and long-term economic development in all counties of North Carolina. Via an Internet based platform, a comprehensive HUMAN CAPITAL DATABASE is expanding and will facilitate the delivery of research, experienced management talent, technical assistance and other value added resources to the high potential entrepreneurial start ups across the state.
Identifying and mobilizing human capital and stimulating the sharing of information and resources through this platform will provide the catalyst to drive high potential job creation and retention.
The HUMAN CAPITAL DATABASE has been developed and is maintained in sponsored partnership with the North Carolina Biotechnology Center and North Carolina's Small Business & Technology Development Center.
